Traveler's Tales has certainly made quite a few LEGO games. There's two LEGO Indiana Jones games, Two LEGO Star Wars games, LEGO Batman, and the upcoming LEGO Harry Potter as well. So considering the success of these games it should probably come as no surprise that Lucas Arts and Traveler's Tales are teaming up yet again for LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.
Straight from the Press Release, here's what Lucas Arts and Traveler's Tales had to say about the announcement:
“LucasArts continues to set the bar for next-generation family entertainment,” said Darrell Rodriguez, president of LucasArts. “The LEGO Star Wars franchise is a massive hit with fans, bringing in sales of over 20 million units worldwide. We’re thrilled to extend this experience to LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, delivering the humour and fun players expect from this award winning franchise.”
“LucasArts is an amazing partner, and working with them on the next iteration of the LEGO Star Wars series continues to be a great experience,” said Tom Stone, director at TT Games. “The team at TT is working hard at making this simply the best LEGO game ever with all new gameplay and features never before seen in a LEGO game.”
While no firm date has been set as of yet, the game is expected to ship in the fall of 2010 on the XBOX 360, Wii, PS3, PSP and the PC. Keep checking back with GamersWishList for more details as they become available.

I actually DVR'd the first season of The Clone Wars. It was kinda mediocre, but as a Star Wars junkie I had no choice but to give it a chance. I didn't stick with it after the first season though.

Jump, press X 800 times, rinse, repeat. These games are fun and all, but...oh what the hell, who am I kidding? I'll play it. ::hangs head in shame::
